Audition details

We will be auditioning principal parts for our February 2009 production of "The Geisha" on Tuesday 24th June 2008 from 630pm in Enfield.

FEES
The cost of putting on a full-scale show is around £10,000.00. To help defray these costs every performing member must pay a fee of around £100.00 per show.  This covers the costs of hiring the musical director and director, rehearsal room hire, costume hire, orchestra hire and so on. 

Please note the following:

  • For operas where the original language was not English -auditions MUST be sung in English - auditions will be terminated if any language other than English is used. Any translation is acceptable.
  • Please prepare the whole of the audition piece, but constraints of time may require the audition panel to stop you when they have heard enough to form a judgment.
