It is not an easy task to move straight from the exoteric (personality) centred side of astrology to an understanding of the esoteric {soul centred) side. There are many good exoteric astrologers who have written much on the application of exoteric astrology in great detail for those wishing to have a greater understanding of the exoteric expression of astrology.
In the course of my own esoteric studies I have received much correspondence asking how one can make that move towards the esoteric side of the horoscope and therefore decided to create these pages which I hope might help ~bridge the gap~ somewhat.... we could call it ~Practical Esoterics~.
We know that in exoteric (personality centred) astrology there is the potential for the highest expression in the exoteric sense whilst we move towards the expression of the esoteric interpretation of the chart… yet there is the ~inbetween~ stage.. whilst moving towards the soul centre and the integration of the soul with the personality.
The attunements of the signs and planets already on the site help to attune oneself to the potential of the energies. We can now further ~bridge this gap~ by the use of ~keywords~ for the signs and planets to make it easier to work towards the higher potential of the chart. One has to be truthful with oneself in asking which keywords and energies one is operating from {both in the signs and the planets) in order to see if one is realising the full life potential – yet that is down to each individual [smile}
We can take each sign and see which words apply to ourselves where we are in our ~now~, ie are we operating from lower personality centre or have we moved that from that aspect of the sign to the higher personality expression? Once we have identified where we are operating from we can make the next step on the journey. If we are operating from the lower personality side of the sign then we work towards operating from the higher expression. I repeat that one has to be totally truthful with oneself in identifying where one is operating from in order to grow and move forward. If we are not prepared to do this then growth cannot take place.

We can then take this a step further by studying the keywords for the planets and then join them with the signs to make an ~astrological sentence~ in order to ascertain how the energies from the planets are being utilised.
Having learned the keywords we can then move onto
in order to bring the understanding of the potential of the natal chart and also to assist in our understanding of transits and how they can be transformed to their higher purpose.
