| The junior section of the Ipswich
Railway Modelers Association currently consists of three juniors and two adult supervisors. We have from scratch constructed a free standing layout with a complete circular route, goods yard, turntable and sidings, bridge and a main station and sidings: |
| (Grafton Waters at an early stage) All the electrics, scenic and structural work has been carried out by the juniors. When we joined the modellers club we did not know much about electrics or things like that, however since we have been there we have learnt about fixing point motors, soldering, woodwork and many other skills. |
| These pictures were taken during an open day the modellers club hosted, in the pictures one of our supervisors and two junior members. Grafton Waters was at an early stage at the time but we have completed a lot of scenic work on the layout since then. |
