Shalesbrook Morris invite you to have a go!
Have you ever wondered why we do it?
Why we wave handkerchiefs about and wear bells?
What about the sticks? What are they for?
Morris is a form of English traditional dancing: very lively, great fun, and an enjoyable way to keep fit.
Come dancing and give it a try - if you are wary of coming alone then bring a friend!
The new practice season starts on
Thursday 18 September 2008 at the Peter Griffits Hall Forest Row,
just opposite the petrol station on the A22.
Dancing is from 8-10pm with a recovery session in the pub afterwards. The first practice session is an open evening, but if you are interested and cannot come on that night come along when you can.
