Andover Shopmobility is situated adjacent to the bus station. If you park in the multi-storey car-park, exit the car-park on Level 1A, turn left , and Shopmobility is about 80 metres from there. There are 4 marked places in the car-park specifically for Shopmobility use on Level 1A.

Alternatively as an Orange Badge holder there are further specified disabled parking places for your use on the same level or you can park free of charge anywhere in the car-park. There is a lift with access to the shopping centre on every Level A.

To access Shopmobility you may make your own way to the office where you will be assisted by friendly staff or you can arrange to be met in the car-park with the equipment of your choice. People wishing to access Shopmobility by bus have a very short walking distance and the Dial a Ride bus stops directly outside. Immediately behind Shopmobility is a taxi rank.

Disabled toilet facilities are situated between the pedestrian entrance/exit of the car-park and Shopmobility. These are unlocked during the day and can be accessed at other times with a Radar key. Other toilet facilities can be found opposite to Le Café in the Chantry Centre.
