254 1919  POSTAGE DUE: Letter from Croatian Bank in Indjija to Zagreb: Firm’s env. amended for change of language after war:  seems unpaid,  with 20f green/red ‘due’ applied but cancelled at source so used as postage (scarce). Nice post-war confusion/stamp shortage item: From Int. Exhib. collection 12.00
