(1) The domestic printed matter and periodical rates apply to all mail going the Czechoslovakia

(2) The domestic distance printed matter and periodical rates apply to all mail going the Czechoslovakia

(3) Rates are now uniform for all foreign countries

(4) Rate to neighbouring countries of Austria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Croatia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Slovenia and the Ukraine are reduced by 50 % of the European rate.

(5) Rates split between Europe (lower rate) and rest of the world (higher rate). Rates to neighbouring countries reduced by 50%, now excluding Czech Republic.

(6) Rates split between Europe (lower rate) and rest of the world (higher rate). Local rate to neighbouring countries same as European rate is at 50 % of European rate.
