Built into the wall is a stone of unknown origin. It may
have been a tombstone or memorial from a previous building. Above the coat
of arms is a carved hand similar to the Red Hand of Ulster and around the
edge is carved the inscription "To the memory of John McCombe who
departed 1689. |

This illuminated scroll records the names of all the
members of the congregation who served in both World Wars and of those who
paid the supreme sacrifice. |

A marble tablet erected as a memorial to Robert Boyd, who
along with a party of Spanish dissidents, was captured and executed at
Malaga in Southern Spain. He and his comrades are also remembered on a
monument in Malaga. |

Another carved stone of unknown origin discovered in the
graveyard after the present building was constructed in 1872. The
inscription gives part of the lineage of a Welsh nobleman, Richard Carrec,
and dates from around 1600. |

The baptismal font of Yorkshire alabaster was a gift from
the Mother's Union in 1948. |

Her husband and family presented this window, installed
in memory of Mrs Nan Heatley and her daughter Joy, and was dedicated on
7 th. January 2001. The scene is that of John the Baptist baptising Jesus. |

The organ is two manual with full pedal board and was originally built by Peter Conacher & Co. In 1983 it was rebuilt by Wells -
Kennedy Partnership and provides excellent tone colours for the
accompaniment of the services.

Lucas Scott, incumbent who was responsible for the rebuilding of the
