Chronicle? The deadline for the Winter Edition is today, Sunday 22nd
November and any items for inclusion can be either handed to the Minister or

The Best Dressed Window Competition
will
be judged, first week in December. Last years winner was The Corner Shop. Good

Letter
from the Minister
Around
30% of you have returned the letter sent to each member from The Minister.
Thanks to those who have returned them and if you have not returned yours, could
you please do so by the 30th November 2009.
Circle of Care Calendars for 2010
can
now be ordered from Mrs Agnes Gibb, 833133. The calendar this year depicts
Scottish Scenes and costs £4.00. Proceeds from the sale will go to Crossreach,
the Social Care arm of the Church of Scotland.
Flower
Book
The
Flower Book for 2010 is still available in the vestibule. See Mary Logan for
further details.
Helping the Minister
If
you know of anyone who needs a visit from the Minister, Please complete a Visitation
Request form to be found on the table in the vestibule and at the back door.
The completed forms should be handed to the minister or to any Elder or posted
in the Donations Box in the Vestibule of the Church.

History Booklets are,
again, available in the vestibule for a donation of £1.00
Church Shop
Hours of opening for the shop will be 10am – 12noon Monday to Friday.

Special Occasions Diary
There
is now a Special Occasions Diary available in the vestibule (next to the Flower
Book) for members of the congregation to place names of those who are about to
celebrate a ‘special occasion’. Of course, word of mouth to any Elder will
also be greatly appreciated. We would love to mark such occasions with a card
and flowers whenever possible, but I’m sure that you will appreciate,
bereavements and illness take priority where the flowers are concerned

The new edition of the Scottish Society Bible Society Magazine – Word@Work is now available in the vestibule. Please take a copy of this free magazine and learn some more of the society’s work.
