Map of the Churchyard  

The information in this database is gathered from the inscriptions of the gravestones at St.Mary’s Church, Swynnerton.  During the 1980’s, the Women’s Institute in Swynnerton recorded the information in paper format and we are grateful to Barbara Bagot, Kay Bickerton, Margaret Bloor, Audrey Butler, Georgina Cartwright, Jane Challinor, Rose Deag, Ann Rowse, Ann Smith, Mrs Staunton and Gladys Wilcox for their hard work.  This work has recently been updated by Pauline Parkhouse, Kevin Richardson, David Swann, Martyn Turner, and me, Steve Parkhouse.
