Stars ‘n’ Stripes Dancers have always been enthusiastic supporters of Charity and Community events. Most recently Barbara and Brian Walker have become closely involved with the activities of the Indian Community Centre in Belfast. For the past two years Barbara has been studying Indian Dance at the Crescent Arts Centre under the direction of tutor Nisha Tandon, and now performs regularly with Nisha at various Community Relations events, etc.
Barbara and Brian will also be assisting as Volunteers at this year’s Belfast Mela on 29th August in Botanic Gardens. For further details of the Belfast Mela visit the web site at www.belfastmela.com
