This e-mail covers the following:
At the same time as this formal agreement about the rights to the use of the ‘d-fine’ company name in the UK, we have also agreed to give up all rights over the UK domain name http://www.d-fine.co.uk to d-fine GmbH and its UK subsidiary. Further details are shown at the end of this web page*.
Instead we now use the registered company name re-skill along with the linked domains of http://www.re-skill.com and http://www.re-skill.co.uk to more closely match many of our recent and future intended core values, activities and customer markets.
If we’ve recently done business with you, then we’ll also send the following details to your office by conventional mail. In short:
¯ Things that have changed are:
· We have re-focussed our activities to ensure we play to our greatest strengths
· Our business name is new
· We have taken this opportunity to change bankers – please delete any records showing our old bank BACs details. We will write to you on this subject directly by surface mail if we have done business with you lately, or closer to the time if we are due to work together soon
· We have a new web site under construction with new re-skill web links
· ‘d-fine ltd’ and ‘d-fine limited’ ‘@btopenworld and ‘@btinternet’ e-mail addresses have been dropped
· The branding of our business-to-business services is different
· Our stationery and all our support materials has been re-branded to reflect these changes
· We are reconsidering our Professional Indemnity insurance suppliers as part of a package of service changes

On the technical side, I still have an interest in specialist activities involving pensions and in particular corporate work including review. We have much reduced any interest in General Business Review and Complaint Handling and will not be undertaking any Endowment Review work.
