Spanning the Atlantic

There are a number of family members and ancestors who have crossed (and also returned) the Atlantic.  However, on 3rd March 2006 we were delighted to make contact, via e-mail, with descendants of the Moxham family who had emigrated from Wales to Canada at the beginning of the 20th century.  Thanks for the Internet!  We have exchanged some initial information and we will bring you further news as we find out more.

Joseph Moxham was the man writing the letter to Violet May Price in 1913 enclosing his diary of the trans Atlantic crossing on the SS Laurentic.  This letter and diary started our genealogy research.  Now in 2006 we have managed to track down descendants of Joseph Moxham and make contact via e-mail.
