Singapore Botanic and Orchid gardens
For garden lovers or simply lovers of open parkland this is a must see visit in Singapore. Close to the centre of downtown Singapore not far from Orchard Road it is easy to get to. Its one disadvantage is the heat - no air conditioning outside (the minimum ever temperature recorded for Singapore is 19.5oC. The pictures below show some of the views of the gardens, the flowers and open park land as well as the 'furniture' and sculptures of the gardens.
