This is termed as Singapore's fantasy island but it is well overdue for a makeover and a bit of a disappointment.   This small island sits off the southern tip of Singapore and the main access is across the sea via cable car.  If there was no smog the views would have been outstanding (but there was and they weren't!). There is so much disappointment here that the potential of the island has been left to rot.  Major investment is needed. Click on thumbnails for better pictures.

Some of the views are from the cable car window itself (hence not too clear), others are taken in the butterfly and insect attraction on the island (one of the few interesting spots).
