The purpose of this site is to share information relating to my work with the MOSELING family history. To date, my research has gone back to 1695 with certainty, although I do have data relating to 1595 which, as yet, I have not been unable to link to my research.

Much of the data I have was extracted from the parish records of St.Anthony's church in the village of Alkham, Kent where the family lived for several generations, having moved there from the Royal Cinque Port town of Dover.

Today, several branches of the family (including my own) still live in Dover, but it is from Alkham that family members moved to other parts of the country and to other parts of the world. The family can be found in Australia and New Zealand (in which country, they go under the name Moselen). One member of the family emigrated to Canada, but he never married and I can find no evidence of him having issue.
