Nora Canning 22/8/1929 - 24/11/2008
Born 1929 Fleetwood, the youngest of the eight children of Hilda (nee Moffatt) and James Canning. Bernard Yarwood met Nora Canning whilst both were working at the ICI Hillhouse Plant (formerly United Alkali Company), Thornton. They were married in 1955 at St. Peter's, Fleetwood, Stephen was born in 1957 and Sheila in July 1959.
