Move To This is Cathy's first album, it was published back in 1991, and is rather dancey in feel, with a few slower songs.
As an album it fits together well, it starts fast and then slows down a lot on Too Many Walls, it then picks up pace again across Everybody Move and Move To This, the final three songs also seem to go together well, gradually picking up tempo until finally on Taste My Love we are back up at where we started. The whole album thus swings through several moods, but each song stands strongly on its own.
The album is an execllent album, and as such especially worthy of praise as it is Cathy's first! Of the ten songs she wrote or co-wrote nine, including four of the five hit singles from the album.
I really can't recommend this album highly enough, if you can find a copy and don't already have it, buy it immediately!
