"Cathy:" indicates Cathy's lines
"Lance:" indicates Lance's lines
The rest are joint

Cathy: Where is the one that I love most of all
Cathy: When will I hear him call Marian, Marian
Cathy: He is the one who can make my life whole
Cathy: Joyful forever more

Lance: Where is the maid, that I'm longing to see
Lance: Where can she be my sweet Marian, Marian
Lance: Oh when will I hold you here in my arms
Lance: Knowing you are my love

Cathy: I've waited so patiently
Cathy: For a true love
Cathy: When will he come for me
Cathy: Where is he, where is he

Lance: In all my dreams there's a vision I see
Lance: Your hand in mine my dear Marian, Marian
Lance: There's no tomorrow without you my love
Lance: Oh, you are my reason to be

Lance: My heart has made a vow
Lance: It's just for you
Cathy: You are my one true love
Only you, only you

Cathy: Where is the man who carries the key
Lance: Please say it's me my dear Marian, Marian
Cathy: I cannot wait till he sets my heart free
Cathy: When will I know him
Lance: When will I see her
Cathy: When will I hear him say
Marian my love

Review

Marian (Duet Version) is a lovely ballad from a very funny film, the lyrics incidentally tie closely to the film. This version is a beautiful ballad.
Rating... 4/5

WARNING! There's a dire rendition of the Cathy Dennis part in the film itself, this time voiced by Debbie James. It's awful!
