On Saturday 2 February 2002 the Ramblers Association Kent Area AGM was hosted by Ashford Group at Egerton Village Hall.
The Area AGM was preceeded with a 5 mile walk led by the Ashford Group Chairman, Peter Whitestone & Vice Chairman, Elizabethy Bloom.
In glorious winter sunshine the walkers followed part of the Stour Valley Walk towards Pluckley before returning to Egerton via the Greensand Way.
