Tenor Guitar for Sale

This is an old tenor guitar made around 1930. My neighbour had it in the family and is now looking to sell it. Roy Smeck was a virtuoso musicain of the day and played many instruments. The Harmony Company produced a number of Smeck models, with this one as the Vita-Guitar. This one has seals as soundholes and a kind of seal shape bridge.

The Grover tuners are original. The spruce front is in fairly good shape. There was one crack behind the bridge that has been repaired. There are two cracks on the back that have been repaired. It has mahogany neck and what looks like flamed mahogany back and sides. One of the position dots has has been replaced and so have the bridge pins. I would say this instrument is certainly in playing condition.
