The cottage is a three-storey house, sheltered and heated with electric heaters making it snug and warm and suitable for all year round use. St Ives is a good base for walking and bird watching. A self-guide walking pack can be provided on request.
The ground floor is a Living/kitchen/dining room and is well equipped with a colour TV/video player and radio/CD/cassette player. It has two leather sofas. There is a Shaker style fitted kitchen area with electric stove with oven, four ring hob, extractor, microwave, sink, fridge, washer-dryer, work services and storage cupboards.
The dining table is flexible.
Outside at the front there is a view to the left down the lane towards Fore Street across harbour to Smeaton’s Pier.
Our local housekeeper prepares the property for guests, and makes up the beds with fresh linen and towels, including beach towels..
