Stringers Guarantee

Although it is impossible to guarantee any racquet frame against breakage, we do guarantee our restrings for two weeks from the date that the racquet has been returned to you. There are certain exclusions to this guarantee, however. Namely :-

• Any racquet that has been restrung, at the owners request, outwith the tension range recommended by the Manufacturer of that particular racquet cannot be guaranteed.  This would be communicated to the owner prior to the restring taking place.

• Prior to any racquet being restrung, it will be checked for breakage/cracks. If a racquet is cracked then it can still be restrung , if the owner desires, but there will be no guarantee. Indeed, the racquet will be restrung at the owners risk.

• There is evidence of any abuse of the strings/racquet.

• Repairs (i.e. single string replacements) cannot be guaranteed.
