All of the restring prices quoted on the related pages do not include shipping. This is because we like you to have the flexibility of deciding how you would like this done. Once you make this decision postage will be charged to you at cost. The carriers we recommend are Royal Mail and Parcelforce (see examples below) but the choice is entirely up to you. Alternatively, if you live locally, you can choose to drop your racquet off and subsequently collect it - thus avoiding postage charges.
So, typically the steps for getting a racquet to us are as follows :-
Email us to ask for a quote for your restring(s). This should include string type you would like, tension and any other racquet requirements (new grip, grommet strip etc) . You should also detail how you would like the racquet shipped back to you i.e. standard Royal Mail first class or perhaps a Parcelforce next day delivery service).
We will email you a response within 24 hours - note the customer is responsible for the initial shipment of the racquet to Stringers. This means that any quote from us will include the cost of the racquet restring and the shipping back to yourself.
Once you are happy with the quote you receive from Stringers , should you want to proceed, you should ship your racquet(s) to us at the following address :-

If this is the first time you have dealt with us then it will be necessary to include a cheque in payment of the full amount due. Subsequently, once you have an account set up with us, you will not be expected to make payment until you have taken receipt of your restrung racquets and are happy with the work carried out. Note: at this point in time we do not take credit cards and require that all payments be made by cheque - apart from locally where cash will be accepted.
On receipt of your racquet(s) the restring/repair work will normally be carried out within 48 hours - or quicker if specified - and your racquets returned to you immediately thereafter using your chosen carrier/method of shipment. On the odd occasion there may be a slight delay if the string requested is 'out of the ordinary'. This , however, would be communicated well in advance - and is not likely to happen very often - if at all.
Hopefully, you will be satisfied with the service...and at some point will return to step 1. at some point in the future !

One Squash Racquet : sent Royal Mail 1st Class with Recorded Delivery would cost approximately £3.19 . (Recorded Delivery costs 63p..and assume package weighs 750g in total). Again, contact Royal Mail and Parcelforce for full details.
