To remove the highlights and the red eye I used the paintbrush tool and simply
painted over the offending objects. This is made easier by zooming in and changing
brush size regularly.By using the "smart blur" filter a soft almost dreamy effect was created. It is best to experiment with different settings to find the best effect.
