You enter the cottage via a small walled cottage garden. The front door opens into the hall and staircase with immediate access to the spacious lounge. This has an original stone fireplace with cast iron wood burning stove, beamed ceilings and comfortable furnishings.

The beamed bathroom is spacious and comfortable, fitted with bath and shower facility. The bedroom has an original stone fireplace and chimneybreast with superb views across the Derwent valley and comprises double bed, antique dresser and wardrobe.
Downstairs the kitchen is beautifully appointed with oak units and tiled flooring. It is well equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay.

The gardens front and rear offer seating areas. There is a patio area at the rear of the property which provides access to a terraced garden.
