Argentina is a large country offering a tremendous diversity of climate, landscape and wildlife. The north east region along the border with Brazil is subtropical jungle where the hot and humid weather plays host to toucan, monkey, coati and even the elusive jaguar. In the south of the country you will find magnificent glaciers that send gigantic hunks of ice crashing into the lakes to create ice bergs. The southern tip forms the most southerly point of the planet’s land mass and is home to seals, penguins and cormorants.

some of Argentina’s most amazing destinations and attractions. Firstly, the Iguazu Falls on the border with Brazil are larger than Niagra and more spectacular than Victoria. Then we travel down the Atlantic coastline to the Peninsula Valdez where you can go whale watching for the Southern Right Whales or mingle with thousands of Magellanic Penguins at the Punta Tomba colony. Further south, in the foothills of the Andes, lies the small town of El Calafate and Lago Argentina and the mighty glaciers of Perito Moreno and Upsala. Finally, we reach the world’s most southerly city of Ushuaia, travel along the Beagle Channel and explore the Tierra del Fuego National Park.
