ROOM RATES - Our current room rates for bed and breakfast are  £66 per night for double or twin en-suite rooms and £33 p.n. for single rooms with shared facilities.

FAMILY SUITE - If the 1st floor single room is booked for young children, in conjunction with adults in the double room, the 2 rooms can become a family suite. The 1st floor single has in fact got twin beds but although they are both 6 feet long, one is 3 ft wide and the other only 2ft 6 ins. All family suite guests use the double room toilet and shower facilities. The room rates for the family suite are  £93 p.n. with 1 child and £124 p.n. with 2 children.

There is no extra charge for usage of the storage room. (Bicycles, motor cycle panniers, divers equipment, etc.)

DEPOSITS - To secure bookings we require a deposit equal to one nightly rate of the rooms booked . e. g. a 5 night booking of a single and twin rooms would require a deposit of £99 (33 + 66 room rates) This non-returnable payment must be received by 5 working days after provisional reservation otherwise the booking could be cancelled.

Deposit payments accepted by BACS on UK banks.  We will also accept Non UK deposit payments via PAYPAL. There is a cashpoint machine in the petrol station opposite to obtain cash when here.

Checking in and out - Approximate checking in time to be confirmed when booking, but please notify any possible changes later to us. Room to be vacated before 10 a.m. on Checking out.
