of Martin found, but almost certainly the son of John & Faith because of
daughter named Faith; hence also his father, John, is likely to be the son of
Martin C1613, because he named his eldest son Martin
[2] from baptismal
records, the father of Jane, Richard and John, was John, but it is not known
whether the parents were John & Faith as shown, or John & Sarah
[3] Martin &
Mary (PEARCE) and Martin & Mary (CRANKAN) baptised 14 chldren between them
between 1732 and 1750 but the register does not distinguish between the two
families. Reasonable assumptions have
been made to allocate the children to each family (see Paul-F). One way of
avoiding these assumptions is to list all 14 children in one line with links
from both parent pairs (see tree T0A)
