The Upnor Castle Wedding Collection
Upnor Castle, a beautiful Tudor castle overlooking the River Medway at Upnor (near Rochester in Kent), is available for hire as a wedding venue. Further information about booking the castle and related wedding information is available at Upnor Castle.

Quantities
All items in the Collection are priced and sold singly, so you can order exactly
the number you require. I recommend you order a few extra copies of Invitations
“just in case”.
Plan
ahead!
Please allow plenty of time for me to make your cards and get them to you!
Traditionally, invitations are sent to guests eight weeks before the wedding. I
recommend you place your order with me no later than two months before you
want to send the invitations out. This allows plenty of time for you to
check and return the proofs and for any alterations to be made if necessary.
Ordering
Full payment is required with your order. When I receive your order I will
confirm it; I will then provide you with proofs that will be printed on plain
paper. You will need to check these to ensure that the wordings and all the
details are correct and then sign and return the proofs. I cannot make the cards
until I have received your signed proofs.
Please
allow six weeks for delivery from when I receive the signed proofs - it usually
takes much less time, but each order is individually made.
Delivery
For customers within the Medway towns I will normally deliver the order
personally.
Outside
of this area I will contact you to agree the most appropriate form of delivery
– the charge will depend on the means of delivery.
If
preferred, orders can be collected, free of charge, from the castle during
normal opening hours between April and October.
A
signature will be required at the time of delivery or when collecting from the
castle.
Refunds & Cancellations Your order is personalised to your specific requirements, so refunds are only given for faulty items.
