Redbourn is a small village situated not far from the A5, near to Harpenden and St Albans and only a short distance from the M1 Junction 9.

Leaving the motorway at Junction 9, head towards St Albans on the A5. Continue straight over the next roundabout (with Harpenden up hill to your left – B487) and go straight over the next roundabout towards Hemel Hempstead with St Albans sign-posted to your left. Take the first turning to your right into Chequer Lane, which comes to a crossroads at the lower end of Redbourn Common. Continue across the crossroads and bear left into Church End. The Hollybush Public House is near the far end of the road on the right hand side. There is a car park to the rear of the pub which offers a warm welcome and serves a range of real ales.
