Barns. You stay in beautifully restored and converted 19th Century stone
buildings. Enclosed by Bridleways and Fields, the Barns are a true
retreat painstakingly and lovingly finished with oak doors and floors
accompanied by under floor heating, original stonewalls and a wealth of
beams. In a truly private setting there is a terrace for each immaculate
bedroom with views over fields to the village church spire nestling on the
horizon. The suites which all have double beds are freshly decorated, crisp
yet tranquil all with walk in wardrobes/dressing room and en-suite wet
rooms including bidet and heated towel rails. The antique country furniture
is charming, the rafters and trusses a carpenter’s delight.
Each suite is entered via a central courtyard. Meals are taken in the oak
beamed vaulted dinning room with generous and kind owners who have spent
the last three years creating this haven of luxury.
Countryside walks, access to the local Equestrian Centre and Forest Tree
walks are just a few minutes away. The Barns are approximately twelve
minutes drive from Central Milton Keynes, which lies to the south and exit
15 (Northampton)
M1 access and Silverstone Racetrack to the north.
