On returning home, Flurby Jim has discovered that not only did his wife
think he was dead, but his boss also.
Flurby Jim's former job as an electrical engineer was given to Herby Flo's
former boyfriend 'Jason Vann' when Flurby Jim was presumed dead.
"I was never an electrical engineer, you are mad" - Flurby Jim
Luckily Mighty Mouse, one time TV star came to the rescue.
"At the end of the TV show, I pooled all my money into buying a fairground,
so that there would be something for my children - Buster Bunny, Wacko from
the Animaniacs and, of course, Slim Pig. When I heard of Flurby Jim's
bad luck, I was looking for someone to dance in front of the haunted house
anyway. So I gave F.Jim a job as a kitchen assistant. Whenever the kitchen
needs help running the dodgems, F.Jim does it." - Mighty Mouse
Flurby Jim has now been at work for three weeks, earning an un-disclosed
zero figure sum. In order to discover more about F.Jim's new job, we
interviewed him thus :
US
So what prompted you to work for Mighty Mouse?
F.Jim
An autocue mainly
US
Is it true that your shoe laces are undone?
(F.Jim looks at his shoes. We kick him in the head)
F.Jim
No, they're fine, thanks.
(We point at his stomach)
US
What is that?
(F.Jim looks down. We punch him in the forehead)
F.Jim
That is my stomach
F.Jim doesn't just help on the dodgems however. When the kitchen is able
to work alone, it is his job to repaint the signs, and conveniently enough
to think up any rules that go onto them. Mr. M. Mouse, fairground owner
was able to give us a picture of his finest work :
"He is a great worker, but I wish he wouldn't insist on using crayon. By the
way, have you ever considered working as a dancer?" - Mighty Mouse
