Flurby Jim to launch eponymous TV show!

Slim Pig's rise to fame was just the start . . . .

"The way I see it, everyone else makes lots of money, and I damn well want some for myself. I've got a wife you know. And 3.8 children! Not to mention a man eating monster to support" - an excited PR man

It was with a proverbial fanfare today that Flurby Jim announced that he is working with the BBC with an aim to producing a new TV show about his life.

a PROVERBIAL fanfare

Already the hunt is on to find a suitable theme tune. Songs alredy turned down include "Love me do" by the Beatles, "Trash" by Suede, "I did six houses and a bank today" by Chs and the Robbers - and "Agadoo". Bill suggested :

And Terrorvision (a UK band) suggested he stop stealing their lyrics. Instead, a song has been commisioned based on an average conversation between Flurby Jim and Herby Flo. In a rare pygmy sheep featuring press conference, the following was suggested as most suitable by a firm of lawyers :

"Looks like I said the wrong thing again!" - Flurby Jim

"You're always putting that big foot of yours in your mouth" - Herby Flo

"Oh, come on, you know only your mouth is large enough for me to put my foot into" - Flurby Jim

"You rang?" - Lurch

Eventually MC Hammer had to be called in to write the new song. He had this to say on the matter :

"I'm not really an MC, my name is McHammer - I am Scottish. It is amazing how few people realise this. Anyway, I will be working with some of pop's most prominent figures on this song. Most notably 'New Kids on the Block' and 'North & South'. Basically I hope to rip off everyone else and present a sad, cynical 'truth' face over it in a bid to reach almost the height of the Verve" - McHammer

Some more stuff happened, but most notably the following picture was sent in to our offices :

pygmy sheep!

It will surprise no-one to say that nobody knows why. Rumours that both sheep are actually the same size, but standing at different distances perpendicular to the view plane are as yet un-confirmed.
