Important
News for trips to Europe
- Make sure you have the new E111 form. A new form has now replaced
the old E111 form, which will not be valid after December 2004. The
new form is for an individual, not the whole family. Forms can be picked
up from the Post Office. For further information see www.dh.gov.uk/travellers.
A further change will take place later in 2005 when the European Health
Insurance Card will replace the E111.
