| THE PRACTICE Cecil Square Surgery is a single-handed practice in the center of Margate on the Kent coast. The practice was established in 1991 and has been at its present location since 1992. Dr T A Rahman is the sole practitioner. It is now accepted that patient prefer small single-handed practices because of the friendly and personalized services they provide. Cecil Square Surgery is no exception and provides its patients the traditional warmth and care of a personalized service made possible in a caring single-handed practice. Urgent cases and emergencies are seen on the same day. Routine appointments are usually available within two days. Dr Rahman is a progressive, forward looking and innovative doctor and provides a full range of patient services, taking advantage of the latest developments within the NHS to provide its patients the best available services. The practice is housed in a perfectly sized, and ideally placed elegant Georgian listed building in the heart of Margate. The building has been fully renovated since it was converted to a Surgery, thus providing all modern conveniences including access and facilities for the disabled. The Surgery is fully computerised and extremely well-equipped with modern equipment and instrumentation to conduct all the usual procedures including Minor Operations.
