A Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Ringmer This web page shows the current outline plan and stage of development of "Ringmer to 2030", the new Neighbourhood Development Plan for Ringmer. This will cover the whole of Ringmer parish. When completed and approved, "Ringmer to 2030" will, under the Localism Act (2011) form part of the Lewes District Council Planning Framework that will regulate future development in Ringmer to the year 2030. Development of the Neighbourhood Development Plan will be led by Ringmer Parish Council's planning committee (which includes all Ringmer's parish councillors), and will be based on the views of stakeholders including all Ringmer residents, people who work in Ringmer and those who use the business, social and leisure facilities available in Ringmer. If you are not a Ringmer resident, please indicate briefly your connection with Ringmer. The plan consists of eight sections (level 1) and each section is divided into various sub-sections (level 2).
