TeeJay Publishers has provided a 19 page course outline for the Advanced Higher Maths Course, covering Mathematics Units 1, 2 and 3. The three files, one for each Unit, are in P.D.F. format (understood by Acrobat Reader), allowing both Mac and P.C. users to view and print them. They are also available as AppleWorks 5 files (send disc) or paper format on  request when you order any other TeeJay product.

Tom Strang, PT at Clydebank High School, kept a diary of his Advanced Higher Course for session 2000-2001. These notes are the results of this monitoring and are offered as a possible aid to schools, who are introducing Advanced Higher this year. Each of the three units has suggested timings (period allocations) for each  outcome.	A running total of periods for each unit is also included as is a suggestion for end of unit revisions and possible dates for assessments. It assumes 5 by 53 minute periods each week and that 2 weeks work has been  covered in June. It is also based around a Prelim Exam, mid to late February.
Based on above timings, his course was completed 2 weeks before this year¹s Easter break, giving around 3 to 4 weeks of revision time. He would be pleased to hear from any school using the notes as to their  viability.
Note:- Maths in Action timings and suggestions for condensed list of examples are only approximate, due to the lateness of delivery of the three textbooks to school last year.
