1. The balance of the rent must be received by us at least 28 days before the holiday is due to begin, otherwise we shall be entitled to cancel the booking and to retain any deposits paid in respect of the booking.
2. Deposits cannot be refunded once a booking has been confirmed.
3. If the hirer has to cancel his holiday for any reason he should notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let. If we are successful the hirer will forfeit only his deposit, but if we are unable to re-let, and there are less than 28 days remaining before the holiday is due to begin, the hirer remains responsible for the balance of the rent.
4. ALL BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR AGENT, and we retain the right to charge for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of your stay, or extra cleaning expenses necessitated by the flat being left in a dirty condition.
5. The total number of persons in the party must not exceed six at any time. Pets are not permitted.
6. No liability can be accepted by the owners for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property however sustained or caused.
7. The person making the booking must be over 18 years of age.
8. The person signing the booking form is and will remain responsible for the members of the party and should ensure their awareness of and compliance with the booking conditions. Any contravention of these conditions may result in refusal of the right of entry to the flat, and no money will be refunded. |
