2. To ensure that people remain confident in their roles and sustain effective working relationships through a period of change
3. To ensure compliance with employment law and check appropriateness of policies

Services provide support from the point of disclosure, through an agreed management strategy (personally tailored to the ethos and character of the industry concerned), to awareness raising presentations, group workshops, and individual support as required.
