Milkmaid’s Cottage is a lovely spacious one-bedroom cottage with a 6’ bed. It has two bathrooms and an optional double sofa bed in the sitting room for occasional use. Also upstairs is a small room adjacent to the bedroom which would be suitable for a child’s cot. It has been awarded a 5-star grading by the tourist authority.

The sitting room is spacious for just two people and has a lovely corner fireplace made of old oak timbers reclaimed from the original barn. The fire is a very effective ‘living-flame’ electric stove.

Everything is brand new - the furnishings and equipment are to the highest standard with careful attention to detail to make your stay memorable. Milkmaid’s Cottage has full central heating and double glazing, two bathrooms: one upstairs with a bath, basin and WC, and a downstairs shower room with basin and WC. With TV, CD, DVD in the cosy sitting room and oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer in the kitchen areas, everything is provided for you. There is also an adjacent laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your free use.
