I picked this up at a record fair, seems fairly easy to get. The cover is black with the "New" logo, back is a black cover with above in white, the booklet has a nice colour picture of Kate in the back and the inside has two "movie" star type images.
Has "Some of my lyrics were just, well, mad really. And why not!" written along the bottom of them.
