Kenilworth in the 1930's between the wars when life was very
different. Details the life of Philip Hames and his family who rented the castle
gate house in the 1930's and furnished it with antiques. English Heritage have
recently restored the building and furnished it based on the
photographs in this book. It re-opened to the the public in 2007
