Some of the benefits you can get from practising Tai Chi correctly are:

Practising Tai Chi is done in a relaxed manner, with one slow continuous movement. The slow moving exercises work on the whole body, externally and internally. Externally it increases flexibilty, improves balance posture and co-ordination. Internally it exercises the Heart -gently- increases Lung capacity and in general stimulates all the vital organs of the body. Giving the practitioner a feeling of well being.
