Shoeshine Boy 7` (Hi-Fi Records HF 002) 1978. All female
punk band from Toronto's Queen Street scene. "Show
Shine Boy" was put onto the B-Side for the second
pressing, maybe because it was about the homosexual
murder of 11 year-old shoeshine boy called Emmanual
Jacques
The other pressing has a red PS....which i think was the
first pressing, that sleeve seems to be more common. They
also have a split 45 with the Diodes which isnt music but
the opinions of the vocalist Mickey Skin. |
