Boatman on the Yamuna River

Everything in Vrindaban revolves around Krishna, and if you're interested in temples, this is the place for you, it has over five thousand! Watching the daily rituals being performed around the town was fascinating, and the locals will all greet you with "Hare Krishna", it is quite unlike anywhere else I have been. The boat trips down the Yamuna river at sunset were unforgettable. A torrential downpour during the night while I was there left nearly the whole town flooded.
