| The
standard Caterham expansion bottle is used. This is fitted to a bracket
on the front cross members above the steering rack. |

expansion bottle is then attached to the bracket. |

| The
radiator is an aluminium race rad by Radtec. It is designed for the Caterham
so is a straight fit. The cooling fan switch boss has a blanking plug
installed as the fan will be switched from the ECU. |

|
| The
standard Caterham fan is installed on the back of the radiator. The fan
wiring has been modified to remove the fan switch. A new relay has been
installed under the dash to power the fan. The relay is switched by the
ECU. |

| The
coolant hoses are made from 3 Caterham hoses, a K series top hose, a K
series bottom hose and a xflow bottom hose, along with a section of straight
hose. |

| The
K series bottom hose is cut in two and used in conjunction with the submarine
pipe available from Caterham. |
|
