| A bare duratec block with head, crank, pistons and rods removed. There are no modifications to the block itself so this just needs a clean up and we are ready to rebuild. | ||
| A shot showing the crank ladder but with the crank removed. | ||
| The standard oil pump which will be reused so remains in position. | ||
| The head as removed from the engine. Again there are no modiciations to be done so the std valves are retained in position. We could do a little bit of headwork but the head flows so well as standard that it is not really necessary unless oyu are going for high levels of power. | ||
| The head with cams removed. The followers are individually sized so we have been careful not to remove them from their positions. | ||
