Arlington - 19th September 2001
Domestic Unlimited Bangers
The last mid-week meeting for the Unlimited Bangers attracted 24 cars, mostly Mk2 Granada's with the exception of Keith Painter (46 - Mk3 Granada), a fresh XJ6 for Mark Glenister (700) and used ones for Dale Hughes (27) and Mark Welland (264), a Volvo estate for 28 and a late Nissan Laurel for Richard Tanner (267).
One heat, a £100 final and a 10 lap dash into the DD was the running order. Ringwood's Scott Baggett (821) won the heat and final, with Keith Painter (46) taking the last race before Mark Welland (264) took the DD from Marco (700).
