Only 10 cars for this mid-week meeting, ad being 1300 cc limit there was no machinery to talk of. Order of the day was 2 heats and a final, the best race was heat one with the hit of the day being the follow-in by Jay Tomkins (290) on stock car driver John Sparks (248).
There was a heat win for Peter Sandercock (301), while Jay Tomkins (290) won the other heat and the 4 car final.
